Internal Medicine

Internal medicine or general medicine is the medical specialty dealing with the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of adult diseases. Physicians specializing in internal medicine are called internists. In this three month course, students will be have the opportunity to apply their knowledge and skills to real patients. Students will rotate on a weekly basis on various departments such as Cardiology or Gastroenterology.
